I will NOT, under any conditions do any sort of NSFW artwork or fetish work. This includes but is not limited to: sexual content, suggestive content, nudity, or strong language. I can, however, do extreme gore and violence. Feel free to ask if you are unsure.

I have the right to deny any and all commissions for any reason I like. I do not have to disclose this reason to you. You are not to publicly speculate the reasons behind my rejection of your commission. More than likely, I was busy for personal reasons, and it did not relate your request itself.

Commissioned artwork can only be used or uploaded by me or the client, unless the commission was purchased as a gift for someone else. When purchasing a gift, be sure to let me know the recipient of the gift as well. The recipient will then also have permission to use the work. However, you may not claim the work as your own, if you use it.

Payment may only be sent when I tell you to do so. Do not send payment of any kind without my approval first.

Full payment is required BEFORE I begin your commission. If preferred, you may send half, then send the other half after I have completed and sent you a sketch. However, no further work will be done until full payment is given.

I will only grant a full refund when NO work has been done on the commission. Partial refunds may be negotiated based on the situation, however I will NOT grant a refund of any kind if the commission has been finished.

You have the right to ask for work in progress images or updates at any time in the commission process, but please be patient.

Any artwork I created that came with the adopt or custom will follow my other terms of service.

Do not resell the design for more than you bought it for, unless there is additional artwork included with the design or you have special permission to do so. Feel free to reach out for special permission, though there is no guarantee you will get it.

You are free to make any changes you like to the design after you purchase it. It is your design to do as you please with, so long as credit is given for the original design.

You are not required to credit me in every piece you create or commission using the character design, but do not claim the design as your own. Also feel free to tag me, though it is not required. I love to see my designs in use!

If you have purchased a character design from me, you do not need my permission to sell content/merch related to the character or using the character's design, UNLESS you are using my artwork. If you are using my artwork, please see my commercial use terms.

If you would like to use my artwork to sell merchandise or similar content, please speak to me beforehand. I am willing to grant permission on a case by case basis, but I will likely require a cut of the sales depending on scale or other factors.

You may only use my artwork commercially, with permission, if you commissioned the piece, the piece was commissioned for you, the piece was commissioned for a character you currently own, or I have given you special permission to do so.

If I have given you permission to use a piece of my artwork commercially, you must credit me for the artwork somewhere in the place you are selling it. Preferably, a link to my website should be provided.

I have the right to reject your request to use my work commercially for any reason. I do not need to disclose this reason to you. You may not publicly speculate my reason in doing so.
